Calcium can limit the uptake of other minerals such as zinc and magnesium. So to get the maximum results from FADE OUT®, it is best to limit the amount of calcium before taking FADE OUT®.

I have only had to use this product 3 times since i bought it but WOW it was the BEST nights sleep i have had in a long time. I use a sleep app to monitor my sleep movements and on fade out i really do fall into a deep sleep and have never felt so refreshed when i wake up
