FAQ's

Whole Food Protein Powder is a type of protein supplement made from real food sources, such as beef, pea, brown rice, chicken, egg, and salmon protein. It provides a complete protein profile and is intended to support muscle recovery and growth.

Unlike many other protein supplements, which are often made from whey protein or other isolated sources, Whole Food Protein Powder is made from real food sources.

Each protein source in MRE LITE contains different amino acid profiles, which work together to support muscle growth and recovery. By combining these different sources, you are providing your body with a complete and balanced protein source, which can help improve muscle protein synthesis.

While MRE LITE can provide a good source of protein, it should not be used as a complete meal replacement. It is important to consume a balanced diet with a variety of foods to ensure you are getting all the essential nutrients your body needs.

Reviews

Used to be the best and is now the WORST

"I’ve used mre lite for 5 years now..used to be obsessed with snickerdoodle and they sunsetted their best flavor doing that and now all of their flavors taste absolutely horrendous and are grossly thin when mixed with anything. How do you get this many horrible reviews from loyal customers and not switch back to your old recipes???!!!!"

The Best Protein Powder for Whey-Intolerance

"Great taste! No whey bloat! My wife is intolerant to whey, and this helps her meet her protein goals."

Cookies and cream and oatmeal chocholate chip

"The cookies and cream is great with almond milk. Taste like a milk shake. . However my old favorite flavor, oatmeal chocolate chip is not the same since they switch the formula sadly. It's drinkable but the taste has definitely gone down."

— Stephen (4/5)

Zero transparency available

"Taste and texture is okay and mixed fairly easy and the overall macros look good. Main ingredient in protein blend is beef collagen peptides and they do not disclose the make up of the blend or the total amino acid profile. Makes me think it's almost all beef collagen which is not a complete or anabolic protein. Will look elsewhere for my protein needs until they start disclosing what is actually in this."

"Great tasting and definitely delivers results!"

NEW Formula = Dangit.

"I bought this product for probably five years. And I bought and drank a ton of it. They switched the formula and I could tell immediately. Foul taste, gelatin texture, doesn't mix as well. I can only image it was a greed move. I guarantee it cost them a ton due to customer dissatisfaction. I've gone to Nutrex Whole Food protein. It's better, not great, but better than this garbage."

MRE Lite Tub

"New Flavors are terrible. . . I wish they would go back to the old tubs. They changed the ingredients and put in Milk Protein Concentrate and that causes Stomach distress and they claim to put more Protein in but I doubt that is the case. This company has changed so much the last few years I will not buy anymore tubs until they change back to the "Old Formula" There customer service is a joke they claim there was not flavor change and that some tubs where bad and they fixed it. . . . Not the case it was a total overhaul and whoever they hired should be fired they totally messed up the MRE Lite Tub flavors. . . Yes I do have the old tubs still at my house if you think I'm lying. . . They sold out for money instead of standing behind a product that was great sad days."
