"New flavors are awesome, now with high grade creatine. I do miss the dicaffiene malate, but the OG formula has that. 20oz in a Shaker cup and it tastes better than a monster for a better price too. If you want bubbles, mix with 4oz of water, shake, add soda water, roll gently."
