In this training tips video from Redcon1 athlete and pro powerlifter, Ernie Lilliebridge Jr, you'll learn his 3 exercises he uses as accessory movements for improving his freakish deadlift power. These are used to gain mass and to get a pump and promote blood circulation, all of which Ernie finds necessary to be an elite powerlifter. 
1. Leg Extensions - 3 sets of 15 reps - 1 minute rest between sets
2. Leg Curls (face down) - 3 to 5 sets of 12-15 reps - 1 minute rest between sets
3. Leg Press - 5 sets of 10
