OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. SPONSOR
The REDCON1 Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by REDCON1 LLC, located at 701 Park of Commerce BlvdBoca Raton, FL 33487 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.
Participation is limited to eligible individuals who are subscribed to REDCON1's marketing email list and are included in the designated survey invitation audience as of November 2, 2026.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on November 3, 2026 at 10:00 am Eastern Time and ends on November 17, 2026 at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).
All entries must be received before the Sweepstakes Period closes.
Sponsor's designated entry system will serve as the official timekeeping device.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible REDCON1 email subscribers will receive an invitation to participate in a brief customer research survey.
To enter, participants may:
A. Survey Entry
Visit the unique survey link provided in the REDCON1 email invitation, complete the survey, and submit the required entry information as instructed.
Survey responses will help REDCON1 improve future products and offerings.
B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
Eligible subscribers may enter without completing the survey by visiting [FREE ALTERNATIVE ENTRY LINK] and submitting the requested contact and eligibility information.
No purchase, payment, or survey completion is required to enter or win. Entries received through the alternative entry method will be included in the same random drawing as survey entries and will have the same chance of winning.
Entrants may submit only one (1) entry, regardless of entry method. Completion of the survey does not increase the entrant's chances of winning.
Duplicate entries, entries submitted using multiple email addresses, or entries generated through automated methods may be disqualified.
5. PRIZES
Two (2) winners will be selected.
Each winner will receive one (1) REDCON1 Loadout Prize Pack containing:
One (1) Tactical Pro Backpack 25L, Black with Teal (RC1-TPB-25L-BWT)
One (1) Performance Pro Hat, White (RC1-BF25-BH-WL)
One (1) MRE Lite Vanilla Milkshake, 30 Servings (RC1-MREL-VM)
One (1) Total War Strawberry Kiwi (RC1-TWSK)
One (1) Massage Gun [TheraGun]
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize pack: $365
Total ARV of all prizes: $730
Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions will be permitted except at Sponsor's discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be awarded, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs to eligible U.S. addresses.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and other expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
Two (2) potential winners will be selected by random drawing on or about November 24, 2026.
Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of winning, regardless of whether the entry was submitted through the survey or alternative entry method.
Odds of winning depend solely on the total number of eligible entries received. Survey responses, including the content or quality of those responses, will not influence winner selection.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided during entry within 10 business days following the drawing.
Potential winners must respond within 10 calendar days of notification to claim their prizes.
Sponsor may require potential winners to verify eligibility and complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release where permitted by law.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the designated period, is found ineligible, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
No purchase, payment, shipping fee, or processing fee will be required to claim a prize.
8. PRIVACY AND USE OF INFORMATION
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, and fulfill prizes in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at [PRIVACY POLICY URL].
Survey responses may be analyzed by REDCON1 to inform future products, services, and customer experiences. Survey responses are not used to determine winners. Survey participants and AMOE entrants are treated equally.
Entry into the Sweepstakes does not constitute consent to receive additional marketing communications beyond any existing permissions.
Participation is subject to the privacy practices of REDCON1 and any third-party survey platform used to administer the promotion.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, attempts to submit fraudulent entries, or violates these Official Rules.
If technical failures, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before termination, where legally permissible.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, network interruptions, or incomplete or misdirected submissions beyond its reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, agents, and promotional partners from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of a prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law and any required consent.
12. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes is governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
13. WINNERS LIST
To request the names of the Sweepstakes winners, email cs@redcon1.com with the subject line “REDCON1 Survey Sweepstakes Winners” by December 18, 2026.
Sponsor will provide winner information as required by applicable law.
