10. What is your favorite body part to train? Least favorite?

My favorite is legs (Especially Glute isolation training) I would say my LEAST favorite is Chest!

11. What’s your education?

Graduated High school and did some college where I majored in Biology with hopes to pursue a path towards being an Equine Veterinarian. However, that changed when I took a job hosting a television show on the Outdoor Channel as a Co-Host for Sheffields Ultimate Hunting. Soon after that I got involved heavily into the fitness industry and I have been able to use my experience in this industry to create a successful online training business.

12. What job’s have you had? What do you currently do?

Interestingly enough, I hosted a show on the Outdoor Channel called Sheffields Ultimate Hunting. I have worked as a Bartender, Personal trainer for Rush Fitness, before Golds bought them out, and now I have been doing my online training for over 2 1/2 years and I love it.

I guess I would have to say steak and burgers.

I don’t prefer Cardio. I just lift weights faster. (Kind of kidding) I love HIIT training!

I have all the pets! Two giant Great Danes, one orange cat who recently has become quite the hunter and 4 horses that I love so, so much!

17. Do you have kids?

Only the two most beautiful little girls in the world.

19. How did you start with fitness?

I’ve always been physically active but I started weight training after a terrible divorce. I was made to feel worthless, unvalued, alone, and belittled. I really found my strength in fitness, the family unit the gym provided, and the emotional healing it brought to my life.

20. Who are your role models?

I love my Mom and my sisters. They bring such a balance to my life. They all have such a great perspective on life and how to really keep balance as well as healthy relationships and financial stability. They keep me striving for more. My sisters are very logical, goal oriented, and wise. Having them in my life has helped set a great example for me.

21. Who is your favorite super hero?

Can Optimus Prime be a super Hero?

22. What are you currently reading?

I recently started a book by a Christian author named Joyce Meyers and she discusses the “Battlefield of the Mind.” Essentially, it’s designed to help you navigate through the obstacles you battle within yourself from a Godly stand point. She really offers some wise advice that I believe anyone can take and pull from!

23. What’s your favorite movie?

It’s challenging for me to really narrow down one particular movie/superhero etc. I see great storylines, lessons, and meanings behind several great films that have been produced over the years. Overall, I would have to say that I really enjoy “War Room.” It’s a spiritually inspired movie where they demonstrate the power of prayer over your life and family. Highly recommend!

Fearless motivation!

25. What’s your favorite cheat meal?

I love cheeseburgers!

26. What advice would you give to beginners?

Focus on consistency, sustainability, and individuality. I would say it’s easy to get wrapped up in someone else’s journey and desiring to be in some one’s shoes so badly that you forget to tie your own. It’s great to have role models, but let’s not forget who plays the main character in your life story. Also, consistency is the key to any great accomplishment in life. Rome was not built in a day, neither was your credit score, neither was your home, and neither is your body. Stick to it! Focus on finding a path in your journey that is going to sustain you.

27. Do you listen to motivational speakers? If so, who?

I love fearless motivation as well as Trent Shelton.

28. What’s your favorite TV show?

I have several, it would be a shame to only narrow it down to one of the many phenomenal productions! To name a few: Prison Break, Arrow, and Vampire Diaries. (Most favorable, Vampire Diaries…judge me)

29. What is your achievement you are most proud of?

Being a Mom and plus a wife. I have done many great things. I have hosted television shows, I have won archery tournaments, I have won fitness competitions, I know how it feels to feel unstoppable, I know how it feels to accomplish financial stability, and I know how it feels to land a great job. I know how it feels to experience fleeting moments of success as it drives by for a split second. But, being a mother and a faithful wife to my husband is my greatest accomplishment. I look at my family and I am thankful that I am a puzzle piece into keep us strong, structured, and together. My family is everything to me. I would gladly sacrifice my last breath for my children or my husband. Nothing in this world compares to them. They are by FAR my greatest accomplishment.

The crazy amount of science behind all of these supplements! Along with the staff that in my opinion are the very best in the industry (as far as intelligently working out goes). However, the biggest for me is the fact that Aaron Singerman, the owner and CEO, lives a very similar family lifestyle that I can identify more with than I could with past supplement companies I have worked with. Aaron is, without question, not just a pioneer in this industry, but he is first and foremost a family man. I think of myself the same exact way before I am anything else.

9. What are your go-to Redcon1 supplements?

Not enough room on here to answer this! I’m dead serious! I encourage you all go to my Instagram link here https://instagram.com/p/BdOXo06HTUL/ and watch me take straight to the dome (without mixing it up w/water in a blender bottle): Tango, Total War, Big Noise, Breach and Double Tap before every lift! Post lift: Isotope, Grunt & more Breach. But, the product at the moment I am feeling the most is probably G.I. Juice. I have not taken greens in over two years! I’m just very lazy about it and it dries my coach nuts for competing purposes! G.I. Juice gives me all of the greens I would need in my bin and it doesn’t even taste like a supplement - it tastes like I’m drinking some high sugar fruit juice. Love that stuff and it’s helping me big time with a lot of my gastro issues. I have a very difficult time digesting food. Since I’ve started G.I. Juice, I’m using the bathroom more, and it’s helping me with my post meal to load that would take an hour to go away before using this product.

10. What is your favorite body part to train? Least favorite?

Favorite body part to train: chest, least favorite: I don’t have one. It used to be legs, but that’s because of wrestling injuries over the years that took my ability to squat away from me. This will be my first full year of being able to train legs in over 10 years - I’m very excited about that!

11. What’s your education?

Graduating college Magna Cum Laudé (third in my class) with a Bachelor’s degree in communications from Chaminade University Of Honolulu.

18. What’s your dream car?

Don’t really have one honestly. At 7 feet tall I can’t fit in any car so maybe that’s the reason (LOL).

I never received anything less than First Honors going all the way through college graduation. I graduated third in my class Magna Cum Laudè. (Overcoming my learning disability, ADHD). Third, overcoming my drug addiction to opiates/painkillers! 13 years of sobriety! Forth, signing with World Wrestling Entertainment in 2002. Fifth, signing National Letter of Intent to Monmouth University, Division I full athletic scholarship (basketball and football). Sixth, Flex Magazine labeling me the “World’s Largest Men’s Physique Competitor” in an article they did on me last year. Seventh, becoming the only undefeated American Gladiator of all time. I played The Beast in 2008 on NBC. Eighth, becoming the World Tag Team Champions, by myself (LOL). I would defend the tag team title belts with me taking on two opponents at a time. Ninth, main eventing over 6 different PPV’s (Pay Per View) as a professional wrestler. And last, beating opponents such as legendary icons: Sting, Kurt Angle, Kevin Nash, Scott Steiner, Mick Foley, Ric Flair, and Hulk Hogan. Hulk Hogan had added himself into a storyline w/ me! He was an idol of mine as a child so that was huge.

16. Do you have pets? If so, what kind?

I have a brand new 10-week-old American Bully puppy!

17. Do you have kids?

Not yet, but we plan on having at least 4 or 5!

18. What’s your dream car?

All black Rolls Royce Wraith with red interior!

19. How did you start with fitness?

I was overweight in middle school/high school and actually went away to a fat camp where I told myself I would never go back to the way I was!

20. Who are your role models?

I’ve been asked this question a lot. Honestly, I’m not sure. Dana Lynn Bailey was my starting role model in this industry, and I would still consider her my favorite as far as personality and work ethic. However, I don’t think I have an actual “role model.” I’ve always looked at my past self and been extremely proud of my achievements and life decisions. I have to say I just want to continue being a better, smarter, wiser, and more disciplined me and my future self is someone who I want to strive to be and look to.

21. Who is your favorite super hero?

Batman. Duh.

22. What are you currently reading?

Last time I think I read was in high school because I had to, lol! I know that’s bad. But, I learn more through listening to people speak, researching articles, and picking peoples brains! Reading for enjoyment definitely isn’t my thing though!

23. What’s your favorite movie?

Scarface.

24. What’s on your workout playlist?

Gucci Mane, Kanye West, Jeezy, Rick Ross, and a mix of Spanish rap.

25. What’s your favorite cheat meal?

Sushi Sundays and ice cream!

26. What advice would you give to beginners?

Be sure that when you dive into your goals you aim high. Always make sure you put everything you have into every miniscule detail because eventually the small stuff adds up! Always have confidence in yourself and your work ethic. You have to know for a fact you won’t give anything less than 110%. Always be sure you refuse to be outworked!

27. Do you listen to motivational speakers? If so, who?

I typically do towards the end of prep! I listen to Eric Thomas most.

28. What’s your favorite TV show?

It’s always sunny in Philadelphia and the Real Housewives of New Jersey!

29. What is your achievement you are most proud of?

Never throwing in the towel when my body was fighting me in the past with hormonal issues. Its one thing to keep going when you see results, but it’s a lot harder when you’re doing everything in your power and seeing nothing and having a fear that you may never be able to.

30. Did you play any sports growing up?

I did! I swam all through grade school and high school. I ran cross-country my junior year. I also played youth volleyball and basketball (basketball was NOT my thing lmao!)

31. Current Training Split:

My current training split is a little different from what I’ve done in the past because I’m really just trying to maintain where I am at currently and avoid getting any bigger in my legs and arms. My lower lats and glutes are the two areas I am currently training to grow (glutes by choice because booties can always be bigger). The rest of my body I really don’t want much larger since I still want to bring a feminine look to the WPD stage! We’ve pretty much cut arms and quads out of the equation, I may touch on them with chest and glutes every other week.

Day 1: Back, density

Day 2: Chest

Day 3: Glutes and body weight legs

Day 4: rest

Day 5: Deltoids

Day 6: Back width

Day 7: rest

8. What made you want to be a part of the Redcon1 family?

Redcon1 are a close family team unit and it comes across in all they do, which is amazing to be welcomed in to. The big thing for me is that Redcon1 has VERY high standards and a genuine passion for the products. They KNOW what consumers need and want, they deliver just that and more.

9. What are your go-to Redcon1 supplements?

CLUSTER BOMB!! 100%. I’ve spent a long time trying to find an intra carb that I get on well with. It’s kind to my stomach, tastes good and works - this is perfect. I wish it was around years ago. I’m also a major fan of (as my PT clients will tell you!) Big Noise! I rave about it and make all my clients try it.

10. What is your favorite body part to train? Least?

My most favorite hands down is legs and back!! I just absolutely love how much of a demanding and rewarding session they are. My least favorite has to be anything abdominal. I spent years as a kid doing hours of ab workouts both because I was obsessed with having a six pack and also because I wanted to be some kind of crazy Ninja style Lara Croft kid haha! So, I think I over cooked it a little.

I’m a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer, but also have an educational background in graphic design, art and performing arts.

24. What’s your favorite cheat meal?

G&T. Haha! No, I’m kidding. I always enjoy a simple steak and chips! And I’ve not yet once done a prep without wanting naughty cereal after a cheat meal. I could eat cereal after every meal!

25. What advice would you give to beginners?

Always stay true to being an ATHLETE. Also, don’t ever let a placing, person or opinion effect how you perform or thrive in the gym! Do it because you love it, because it’s who you are.

26. Do you listen to motivational speakers? If so, who?

My friend Andrea! She’s some wise straight talking positive vibe spreading chic, I tell ya. Haha. Apart from her I love a bit of Joe Rogan, Andy Frisella, Dean Graziosi (not that they are or would class themselves as motivational speakers but they do nothing but motivate me and push me to challenge myself)

27. What’s your favorite TV show?

I don’t really watch TV programs. Maybe a good series when I can, Black Mirror is the latest decent finding. I’m more likely to listen to a podcast than TV, MFCEO Andy Frisella every day!

28. What is your achievement you are most proud of?

Winning the British Championships was pretty awesome, but we got to beat that!

29. Did you play any sports growing up?

I tried it all, football, rugby, boxing, judo...I wasn’t one to shy away from sport. Bruised shins and sore hands was the norm.

30. Current Training Split:

I’m currently doing a good old LEGS, PUSH, PULL which works really well for me. I’m just coming back after a little time off and not yet into a prep. When I’m back into full training and prep I’m sure my coach, Jordan Peters, will mix things up! :)
